We developed customized solutions confident of alleviating the client’s challenges and offered low-cost POC’s to assure clients of minimal disruption and risk. With successful POC’s we bagged decent sized projects with large enterprise clients like TVS Credit, Axis Bank, Cholamandalam Finance & L&T finance resulting in ₹75 lakhs in paid POC projects and long-term contracts with a 138.2 Cr TCV

In consultation with the client and a deep understanding of challenges in debt collection, we helped in building a cognitive platform featuring a segmentation and dynamic allocation engine driven by multiple variables, which the client appreciated and awarded a small POC.

This successful  POC lead to a ₹7.2 Cr.  3 year contract with a leading private sector bank and paved the way for attracting more debt collections projects.
